a+u’s September issue features dwellings in France, showcasing a diverse array of projects – newly constructed urban houses, renovated farmhouses, and mixed-use apartment buildings in redevelopment districts. Among the 4 Paris-based projects are social housings by the public agency of the city (RIVP), a multiphase residential complex that blends renovation with new construction in a historic preservation district (PSMV), and student housing on the multicultural campus of Cité internationale universitaire de Paris.
